Discovery of novel drug targets for dementia. Post-doctoral position available.

This is an exciting opportunity for a post-doctoral scientist to contribute to the discovery of novel drug targets for dementia. This position at the Alzheimer’s Research UK Oxford Drug Discovery Institute (ODDI) is at the interface between academic research and pharmaceutical drug discovery. The successful candidate will be based at Sir William Dunn School of Pathology. He/She will be exposed to cutting edge academic research in stem cell biology and will focus on translating biological findings into drug discovery projects.

The supervisors will be Dr Sally Cowley (JamesLab, Dunn School) and Dr Elena Di Daniel (Target Discovery Institute, Nuffield Department of Medicine)
